Materially used periods are generally non-refundable except where applicable law, material defect, material misrepresentation, or billing error requires otherwise.
A renewal may qualify when requested within 7 days and there has been no material post-renewal use; verification may be required.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
